    My machine is 6 months old and have not exposed to dust .Suddenly numeric keys 1,2,3,4 and win key not working.Please help me in resolving this issue

    Please use Dell 32 bit diagnostics and run a Custom test on the Keyboard. It will help to identify if there is a hardware failure. Based on the test result the keyboard can be replaced.
