I am looking for new wireless card.I have enought with this 6230 crap.Changing drivers, changing power plan, tested the laptop on several different router and still the same crapy conections. And you don't even want to try bluetooth headphones and watching youtube video.Happily month ago i broke one of antenna slot while remove the card from the mobo. And now it is time for new card. But no way putting money for the same garbage again.I want to buy intel 6300 or new Bigfoot killer wireless card.I know for sure that 6300 will work on this system, while killer cards are no tested on xps.May have some bios lock or something like that. The problem is that both cards not have bluetooth. And i am looking for some internal bluetoot adapter that will pass on xps mobo.Any sugestions????

Dell is usually pretty good about not white-listing (restricting hardware to certain components). If the Bigfoot physically fits, it out to work.

Yes and i start to think this will be waste of money.Shame the card look realy nice.I may go with 6300 but i still thinking of buying some pci bluethoot card, because i need a bluethoot, and dont like external, and have one free pci wwan slot but here have the same problem. The bios may not allow the card to work although it will be dell 370 module. This is like Russian Roulette it may work it may not :)

Again, Dell does not usually block any hardware through the BIOS. It likely will work if it physically and electrically fits. The 6300 will definitely work though. The WWAN slt is a little funky though in how it behaves iirc. Not using mine...

Looking at other places that offer the Killer cards, they offer that card along with the 6230 and 6300, so my guess is either would work fine. As Dell offers the 6300 with this system, that one for sure will work, I'm pretty sure the Killer 1103 would too.
