OMG, our delays make so much sense now. They do have a huge manufacturing issue. First they assemble our m1330's. Then they construct an entire engine by hand and when they try to install it into the laptop, they crush it!!

That and there work force must be extremely limited, what with only white, red, and black haired women.

Wow, what a horrible commercial- think they were shooting for a real contemporary, cool look but it came off as just plain stupid. Not nearly as good as their new Inspiron commercial which was just brilliant...

I have a Vostro 1400 on order for the wife and I to use. We have a toddler and sitting down at a desktop is not always convenient compared to a laptop we can take anywhere the kid goes. Anyway, Monday night we saw the XPS 1330 commercial on TV, and right afterwards she looks to me and goes "Wow, is that the laptop we are getting? I hope you picked out the red one!"

Then I told her how much it cost and let her know I would gladly order a 1330 if she wanted one of those instead. She changed her mind pretty quick :D

Stacked the way it was, with no dashes, parentheses, periods, or any other punctuation, there are no visual clues that it could possibly be a phone number. The voice over doesn't even say anything about a phone number. If you've never seen that number somewhere else, and you're not in the habit of calling 1-877 numbers, you wouldn't have the foggiest that it was a phone number. The first conclusion I came to was that "1877" was a model number. Even if I figured out that it was a phone number, I wouldn't call it because I wouldn't know what it was I wanted to order, since they didn't display the name or model number of the product they're trying to sell. "Uh yeah hi I just saw this commercial for this thing, I don't know what it is or what it's called or anything about it, but I'd like to buy one please." REALLY poor commercial if you ask me.

better than the mac and pc commercials from apple. I liked it. Reminds me of MTV in the 80s. I miss the 80s.
