    XPS m1530 accessories

    Hi,
    I recently ordered this laptop. I noticed that the sleeve, cd case, ear buds, and mini-remote were not mentioned on my order output. I thought these come with the XPS m1530, but I would have thought they'd get listed since they seem to list everything else. Anyone know if they stopped offering these freebies?

    The deal for the extra accessories pretty much ended several months ago!
    Some peep's still get a few of the accssories with their order, most not.

    You can always call Dell, once you receive your 1530 ~ and if none of the accessories are included, see what they can do to make you happy :D

    I didn't receive them either. I called Dell and complained. They gave me a $60 credit instead.

    how long did you wait after receiving it before calling Dell about it, and what did you say to them to get them to give you anything?

    Most people say that they don't include those freebies anymore. However, I got mine August of this year, and I still managed to get the sleeve, ear buds, and mini-remote. But mine didn't come with the CD case anymore...

    So chances are, you might not get them at all, or you might get a few of the listed freebies...

    The mini remote comes as standard, so every body gets one.

    As regards the case/sleeve, headphones, cd case and cloth - its really down to luck, or your bargaining skills with the sales rep.

    Personally I'd try to get a voucher instead. I only got the sleeve with my order, its nice but its nothing to write home about.

    I had no accessories included when I got my m1530 last month. A quick call to sales and they gave me a $100 credit to spend on the web site. They didn't even hesitate to do this.
