yesterday I ordered my m1530 and wasnt really concerned about the bluetooth options, so I got whatever wouldnt add any more money to the price. So i ended up getting the Dell Wireless 355 Bluetooth Internal. My question is, does this work with a bluetooth wireless mouse? What else do u guys use it for? It would be nice to be able to use a bluetooth mouse, but i didnt care enough to upgrade and spend more lol.

Also, whats the average amount of time between ordering a dell laptop and getting it at your doorstep?

    Thanks guys

the bluetooth will work with any bluetooth device. for example a bluetooth stereo headphones, a bluetooth headset, or in your case a bluetooth mouse. however I have to warn you that most bluetooth mice (in general) are quite horrible. it takes a long time reconnect, they drain battery life quickly, and are not very accurate. you would probably have better luck buying a portable mouse if you plan on using it when traveling such as the Logitech VX Nano.

P.S. the bluetooth is usually a pretty cheap addon to the M1530, so I'd just get it anyways.

i got the Microsoft 8000, bluetooth mouse. i use it to play CS, COD4, and it doesn't lag at all.

If you connect more than 1 device, they will lag. For instance, if you coneccted a bluetooth mouse + headset, both the sound and the mouse would lag.
