I found a posting for an xps m1530 on craigslist: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/sys/721720275.html

I emailed the guy, and this is what he said:

The price is $700 US,and the product is in very good conditions, the only problem is that I'm in UK London now,and I will remain here for another year,I have some business here, but this will not be a problem for our deal,if you really want to buy my item,I use a shipping company with full refund and with the shipping payed by me.
If you want to start the deal with me and this company ( AirCargo Express ) all you have to is to send me your details :
    First name :
    Last name :
    Address :
    City :
    Country :
    Zipp code :
I need the details exactly like i have requested , because i have to forward the email to AirCArgo company.
As soon as I have them I'll start the official procedure, and AirCargo will notify you about this.
You'll also receive important guidelines + instructions from them.
As soon as the package arrives, you will test the product and if it does not matches 100% to your expectations, you can return it in max. 5 days and you will get your money back from the company.
If you have more questions please contact me by e-mail,I take in consideration only those buyers who are really interested in buying my item,to be sure that I don't waste my time with endless discussions.
I already have tones of emails so I hope you understand that I need to sort them out.
    Thank you!!

...and I think this looks like a scam to me. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't do it. Most are scams, I don't trust anything that consists of overseas shipping/buying.

    http://www.aircargoexpress.co.uk/
has a warning that unscrupulous users are using them to offer non-existant items for sale on the internet.
They explicitly indicated that they do not deal with items offered for sale on the internet - much less a courier service.
