    yes...but epp tech for xps is much better than original

    whats the "epp tech"? is there a separate department?

    Yes, if you purchased an XPS via EPP, you will be served by a separate XPS-tech support within the EPP department...their phone number is: 1-800-695-8133 -> select option 4 to go to tech support.
