    Hi Guys

This has just started to happen when booting in normal mode. I am currently typing in Safe mode as it doesn't freeze.

In normal mode the PC may or maybe not work for a while then it will freeze, I can still move the mouse cursor but nothing can/will be selected. I had task manager running and CPU was high load but not 100% and RAM wasn't maxxed either but an svchost.exe is taking around 50% CPU when idle.

I am thinking drivers but I am fairly sure I haven't updated anything for a while. Its weird...could it be power settings?

Any help or if you need more info please shout..

Most likely just a software fault. Tried System Restoring to a time before this started happening?

I don't have any restore points older that 2 days ago which is weird.

I'm thinking its corrupt drivers, although one test said "System Volume on disk is Corrupt"

Also it hangs when doing Chkdsk after 1% even on bootup and in safe mode

I'm starting to get very worried.
