    Hi there:

I currently have a 1330 with an AUO1424 screen. I find it very sharp, however, i don't like the colors. They have a "matte feeling". I already requested a screen replacemente but the tech guy arrived with the same AUO :(

Are there any other brands available for the 1330 13.3' WXGA screen? And if so, how do you feel about them? How is AUO rated in between?

    Thanks in advance

I don’t understand what you mean my “matte feeling”, if you have a nVidia 8400M, then go to nVidia control panel > Adjust desktop color settings > increase digital vibrance. That would make the colors better.

I have a LPL0000 (which I believe is LG), It is not bad, but compared to my external display colors look a little bit washed out/faded. But with digital vibrance they look ok.

Yep, I have my digital vibrance set to 30% and it looks nicely saturated.

OK so there is an LG screen going around... any chance someone has seen AUO next to LG?
