    Hi,

I have a Dell XPS 15(L502) which I bought last year April. I noticed on purchase point that one of the keys (i.e. '3') looked a bit wonky but did nothing about it then.

Any way the key is now worked itself loose and looks like one on the legs underneath that key is broken.....

    I have a 3year Next Day warranty/support from Dell.

Question is will this be covered free of charge? or do I need to buy a new keyboard/key

    cheers
