    Hi,
I recently purchase a xps15 9550 4k. I was thoroughly impressed by it's built quality and design, until I started using an external monitor for gaming. When I plug my external monitor and set it as an only monitor. I'd occasionally lose connection with it. It usually comes back on after 5~10 seconds, but 2 out 3 times iI'll have to unplug my cable and replug. I feel like it's a driver problem between intel 530 and 960m. I updated all the drivers and bios to latest. Even switched to a new cable. Is there anybody else having this issue? Please guide me on how to fix this. If this problem persists, I'll just swap it out with a razer blade.

kind of unrelated...but I ran into another issue. I was having trouble connecting to a wifi at home.
But when I removed external usb 3.0 HDD from usb port on left. problem went away. When I plug it back in. same problem...
is this a known issue? Jesus Christ why is this 2k laptop so ****ty. I'll probably return it and get razer instead.

It is an issue with routers that have USB3, they have a setting to work round it, or more like the setting causes problems :)
