    Hello,

    I bought in february a DELL XPS15 Laptop (4K 32GB-Ram 1-TB Harddisk). paid 2499€

Since first day I have a problem: For example; if I write some text, it frozen very often. and I continue to write, text come later. So I need to write within seeing, what I write. Or if I have many tabs on chrome (10-15) if I click another tabs, it very often frozen for a few seconds.

I coundn't belive, it can from this laptop with this performance. I tried to find a solution for it. I tried to use Firefoz, I remove some programs. After I contacted Dell Support, around 1 week, we tested many things, there was not a hardware problem. So they don't want to change it or send a technical.

On the and I needed to format this laptop I did it too. but still same. Even if I write here the text, if frozen many times very often.

So I tried to search in Internet, if there is somebody who knows solution of this problem.

It is really very annoying. I can not focus to work.

If I can not solve this problem and if DELL don't do anything, I can throw it from window.

If somebody knows about this problem and solution, please help.

    Regards.

Has anyone successfully installed the 4590 driver on Windows 10 Home edition?

I've tried manually updating the driver and uninstalling the old driver before updating but every time I restart the previous driver loads.

The OS is pretty much as it came from the factory with unwanted programs uninstalled.

Thanks for the reply. Gives the same result, the Dell installed driver (4574) loads again on restart.

You can download group policy for windows 10, it was on the major geeks website, with that that can prevent a specific hardware id being updated again the same as win10 pro
