    Dear all,

My XPS15 L501x has an intel WLAN 6200n (on the Half-Mini Pci-e slot) & a TV Card (on the WWAN/TV slot).

    • I wish to replace the intel WLAN 6200n w/an Half-Mini Pci-e WWAN Card.

I'd use an Half-Mini Pci-e WWAN Card as those:
Option GTM661W MO6612 Half Mini PCIe 3G WWAN WiFi Card GSM WCDMA EVDO HSPA GPS | eBay
BandLuxe M280 Half Mini PCI-e 3G WCDMA HSPA WWAN WLAN Karte for Acer Asus Dell | eBay

The end result would be a laptop with TV & WWAN Card, but NO WiFi.

Has anyone ever tried to do that?

    Thanks for your input.
