Hey guys.
My notebook's going through some weird problem now as we speak. I simply shut it down earlier today, but it didn't shutdown as was hanging on my wallpaper image. Upon coming back home a few hours later, the whole machine got screwy.
There is nothing appearing on the screen. The Blue LED for Power located at the front is turned on. My media controls are turning blue upon touching them. Capslock light is on when I push the capslock key. However, nothing is showing up on screen when I move my mouse.
When I push the Power Button, it simply lights up for about 3-4 seconds then turns off again...nothing happens. My notebook's temperature is very hot right now as well.
I'm guessing my notebook hung right when it was shutting down or something.
Has this happened to anyone else? Can someone please help me on how to fix this problem. It's the first major issue I've encountered with my approximately 2-month old notebook.
-Thanks...

One more thing to add...it might be of relevance to the problem...
Yesterday, I left my notebook on Sleep Mode while plugged in almost half a day. When I resumed working, I was able to do some tasks like print a document, check my mail, etc. but upon shutting down, that was when my problem started. Until now, it is still in the same condition.... -
try taking out the battery, put it back on and turn on ur laptop.

Alright. Just took out the battery and restarted a couple of times, safe mode and normal. It's no problem now...thanks. Wondering what could have caused it though... If it was hardware-based or on Windows. Hope it doesn't happen again...
