    XPS16 Quickset touch buttons stuck

    Anyone experience this issue? I just woke my laptop up from sleep and noticed the quickset buttons are stuck. The STOP (SQUARE) key is brighter lit than all the other keys and none of the touch sensitive buttons work. :confused:

    Also tried rebooting, shutting down and turning back on, and even reinstalled Quickset. The button is still lit brighter than the rest and none of the touch sensitive buttons work.

    Remove battery and charger, then replace and try again.
