Hi everyone. When I go into the LED Effects screen on my XPS1710 to try to turn on the iTunes option, it is greyed out.

When I go look at the Dell documentation, it says that I need to go into iTunes, select the 'Vizualizer' menu item, and select the Dell option from the dropdown. There is no option to select anything in the iTunes visualizer dropdown other than 'Itunes Visualizer' and 'Classic Visualizer'.

What am I missing? Sounds like I need a .dll in my iTunes folder or something but have no clue.

    Thanks.
