    XSPS 16" -> After replacements of parts, scracthes are there..Dell sucks in india!

    When I received my laptop, I never checked its wifi and LAN, because I was using USB modem, after 3 months I checked it and found that they dont work. I got my motherboard replaced and dvd burner replaced (it was not able to burn dvds correctly), after that I got my palm rest replaced for two times!

    Now after 2 replacements of the parts, my laptop looks HORRIBLE!

    Fittings are too loose and now there are three scratches...

    I called Dell, but no response from them yet..They said that they will technician and then they will call me..After all in India there customer service SUCKS!

    Thats really..awful..about India.. Shakul.

    But its near about same situation with every other competitor in India .. yeah except for "APPLES" But then you pay a "hefty" amount..

    Dell may send another tech to replace the part if you said it happen when the tech was there
