    Xp Cd Wont Boot

    As title says i recently downloaded modified version of xp (Windows XP Professional SP3 ULTRA). I would like to install it but the thing doesnt boot. Well it does a little bit but i wouldnt call that boot. So i put the cd in then select boot from dvd/cd drive, then question comes and says press any key to boot from cd. i press "any key" then it loads a quick message saying searching preconfigured.... and then it stops. I noticed that the hdd led is lighting not blinking but constantly lighting but there is no sound coming from it. any help ????
