This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     XpS 1630 keyboard crashed

    My keyboard suddenly stopped inputting anything to the computer, I tried rebooting several times, no luck. I couldn't start up in safe mode because I had no input device. Finally I pulled the battery and replaced it. The the keyboard rebooted ok. It has been working fine ever since. What would cause a problem like that??
