    It could be a broken plastic tab - not sure as to a part# or if it's easy to remove and replace, but I would suggest calling XPS Support. Describe the issue and see if they can send you out a replacement part. Should be no problem.

    replace the replacement!!!... i wouldn't use a laptop like that, especially if u have warranty

    Call Dell, and have them completely replace the laptop..

    You had a brand new laptop you paid good money for, then a replacement...and now this!!! :( :eek: ;) :)
