Hi, please help me to connect my laptop to my hdtv. Im confused about the options i to achieve this and hope someone can set me straight.

Below are some specs of my laptop

    Dual-link DVI-I (support for 30-inch displays)
    HDMI via DVI adapter
    VGA via DVI dongle
Audio jacks: Stereo in & headphone/speaker out (x2) dual digital array mics
S-video with component, composite, S/PDIF support through dongle
Dual headphones, microphone (stereo line-in) and support for 5.1 audio out

My TV is a Panasonic Viera with HDMI, s-video, component, and vga imputs.

Can someone tell me what i need to rig them up with both picture and sound(i dont have a seperate sound system just the tv).
