My brother has the Xps L702X and its running really nice but he keeps having usb problems i hope someone has the answer. My brother brought a unpowered hub and connected his cannon printer, bluetooth mouse and and a bluetooth dongle for his wireless speakers. Well the speakers would stop working and the mouse would stop moving after so long. I told him to buy a powered hub so he has and its a hub with coloured lights on it, well he plugged it into the usb port and connected the devices to the hub but then all the lights on the hub go off and he gets a massage saying - A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port. Then when he takes the hub off and goes to plug the device in directly the usb port don't work untill the laptop is restarted. If he just plugs a device straight into the laptop usb ports they work fine no problems at all. Any ideas why this may happen.
