    Xps l502x 8 beeps

    Hey guys, my Xps is throwing 8 beeps and not booting up. display shows so many lines only and no Dell logo. The power button + d key press starts the display test fine, but after reboot it's the same 8 beeps. I tried reseating LCD, swapping ram slots after cleaning them and also excess power was cleared by pressing the power button for 30 seconds. The strange thing is the same issues happened couple of weeks back, but after some time the laptop boots fine. Right now there is no change in situation. I tried connecting it via hdmi to my tv, but unable to get display on the tv as well.

    Please assist.

    Ok it starts up as it wishes, if I put it in sleep mode, then it works fine on resume. But restart it or power off, the next time it just gives 8 beeps
