I don't know if this is a XPS specific problem or not but here goes.
When I go to play a video on YT, initially the tool bar at the bottom, the play, pause, progress and volume tool bar is right where it should be and accessible. Soon as I press play the tool bar disappears into never to be seen land again. I can start and stop the video but clicking on the video screen but I can't see the progress bar and all. I have un-installed re-installed Flash but that didn't fix it and I have Internet explorer set to only use Intel graphics. Any advice is greatly appreciated on this, thanks.

I hate that. It doesn't happen all the time but I've experienced it before on non-Dell laptops. Windows 7..... this problem also happens with Quicktime files.
Now, when I play/load a video, the progress bar ceases to load as the video loads.
It's got nothing to do with XPS. -
Right click on a flash video and go to settings. Uncheck enable hardware acceleration. For some reason I couldn't access the flash settings with a youtube video so I went to espn.com and did it.
