    Did you have any malfunctions with your XPS notebook where DELL warranty was needed (dont forgot to write exact model you have)?

    overheating problems with my xps m1530. warranty replaced the motherboard and heatsink/fan and eventaully led to a system replacement.

    Dell XPS 1645. Zero issues and Zero throttling. Happy as a pig in mud, just wish I had a use for it. :(

    I haven't had any on my XPS 1647 (yet) that require service. *knocks...* :eek: When, I had my 1530 I had many....

    xps m1710, gfx card fried, they waited 2 weeks then decided they didn't want to fix it and sent me a new 1730.

    xps m1730 have had for about a year and a half, had to have the graphics card replaced twice, motherboard replaced once.
