from their parts list? is this the samsung or what? i am tempted to change the wsxga i have on order from the outlet to a wuxga but i know for sure by the system tag the wsxga i have coming is the lg display. im not sue i want to take a chance of getting the samsung by going to wuxga. i like wsxga bt wuxga would be nice.. and the price i got on the system i ordered had to have been a mistake or something but i dont think ill ever see that price again even in the outlet... not sure what to do

I think the only wuxga you can get for it is a samsung.
It's not bad, not amazingly bright, but it does look quite nice.

I have seen the wsxga but I only got to see it in a fairly lit up shop display, So I couldn't really say one was brighter than the other as I didn't have them both side by side.

As regards the wuxga I have, I love it, I honestly do.
Its my first high def screen on a 15.4 inch (previous ones were mainly 14 inchers)

I know everyone says samsung/philips etc. aren't the best when it comes to displays, but this is actually quite a nice screen.

    No dead pixels -
    No noticeable bleeding -
    Amazing level of definition -

Granted its not super bright, but I mean you'd only be turning down the brightness to save battery life, not because its too bright, if you know what I mean.

I generally use it a full brightness, and in certain places (like outside on a sunny day) it might be a pain, but I suppose each to his own and maybe I'm just a bit too picky :)
