Hey guys, I just benchmarked my compter with 3dmark06 and wanted to know if the score I got was either bad, good or great. This is a benchmark right out of the box and all I changed was the driver from 167.55 which came with the system to the 174.31. Both drivers are from the dell webpage. I score 12,555, here is my system specs:
X9000 extreme core 2 duo 2.8 ghz processor
Nvidia Dual 8800 gtx sli (1024 mb video memory)
Vista ultimate 32 bit
4 gigs of ram
Let me know if this is a bad, decent or good score for my system right out of the box. Want to know if I should try another driver if this is a bad score for my system, thanks guys

It's definitely a lot better than mine. So I would say great. Supposedly, the 17x.xx drivers are better for heating than the 16x.xx. That's a nice setup, btw.

Need feedback from people who ahs the same videocard sli 8800 gtx as I do, thanks

japorm, you also have a 1730? Or are you talkinga bout your 1530? Very high benchmark for a 1530 btw on your sig.

12.5 sounds about right for what I remember for a X9000 + 8800M GTX SLI. Should go up with tweaking and drivers. -
I would think you would be a bit higher. My top score to date is 11592 and thats with no OCing of the GPUs. If you want to see the details just click the link in my signature.
Try ocing your CPU to 3.0Ghz and run 3DMark06 again and see if that boosts your score. -
I use the same setup as you only i have o/c to 3ghz and use xp pro.
My latest one before defragging after a reinstall was 13011
benchmark scores for 1730 + extreme core 2 duo + 8800 gtx sli, need score feedback please!
