Honestly, not much or none. Dell ships with pretty much 0 bloatware. i just removed mcafee, did a disk cleanup, and removed shadowcopies after about the first week of using and transfering files from old laptop.

    I agress with Mystik...

However you could use msconfig to turn off some program' from startup.. programs that u dont need at startup, but which can be anyway turned on when you need... many things like dell support center, quickset (like Sam said), etc etc... for a general idea check Les' sticky in windows forum... and browse through... or get us a screen shot or something and people can help u :) good luck.

You can safely remove whatever you don't need from the list of apps in the Control Panel. You'll have to decide that; if you're unsure, I'd suggest just leaving them alone for the time being. Do as has been suggested already by stopping useless startup programs with msconfig. You can also switch to manual, or disable unnecessary Services (services.msc). BlackViper is one site which can help with this (there are others, but this is my favorite); it's possible not only to stop Services you don't need, but also allow your machine to make better use of its RAM.
