so i just ordered a studio xps 16 over the phone and i guess the rep forgot to put in the bluetooth because when i asked her she said it was standard so i guess she didnt souble check but is there anything i can do about it now that i made the order?

What I did was, I reordered a new one, and return the one without bluetooth to them since they said cancelling is not possible.

Just get the BT card from Dell or somewhere else and put it in yourself. It's super easy, just slide it into the slot that says UWB at an angle, then push it down (just like RAM), then screw the 1 screw, then push the blue pin onto the card. Done.

well it was suppose to be included because she set up a certain price with or without the bluetooth and told me that it was in there, i mean i can buy a card and put it in but should i have to since the rep messed up.

Yeah, you are just going to have to exchange it. They don't change orders mid build unfortunately.
