    Hello,

Since Dell exchanged my display, i have this problem: i cannot change the brightness anymore. if i do, the backlight switches off. This doesn't happen if i don't use any graphics driver or if i use the first one from Dell (June 2007).
it's a CMO 1309 display (different than the one before) on a M1330 and i have already reinstalled everything....
    What would you do?

    greetings,

I have the exact same problem. CMO display as well. No clue why this is happening.
