I want to upgrade my LCD in my XPS M1530 from WXGA (1280x800) to a higher resolution WUXGA (1920x1200) or WSXGA+ (1680x1050).
I'm about to buy in ebay:

Do I have a high risk on getting a grainy screen? In which resolution do I have more risk? WUXGA or WSXGA+?
As I live in Argentina I can't send it back if I don't like it.

    Thanks
