    can you swap a Ati 3670 to a Ati 565v ?

    ok. IF i swap the whole (1640)motherboard Ati 3670 to a new (1645)motherboard Ati 565v ????

    ..........is it possible yes ????


    i really REALLY dont want to replace the whole laptop...think sxps 16 with its rgbled 1080p screen and design is to gorgeous :)

    You could probably swap it with the 1640 4670 motherboard, but I've heard that the 1645 motherboards are slightly different (heatsink size/location/shape and mounting points) and won't fit. I don't know for sure though.

    I would say the user manual and teardown pics/vids would have to be thoroughly compared before you'd want to consider it.
