it's the second time when i have this problem. The first time when the laptop was on i get out the battery cable and the laptop was switch off automatically.I tried to start again, i had the windows logo but after this i received an blue background and an message saying the windows cannot starting because he didn't find the hardware.I made the Dell tests and the hardware tests were ok.Moreover Bios can see without problem the hardware. The solution was to install one more time a new system.
Now i switched off the laptop, i got out the battery cable and i tried to start the laptop but i forgot to put the cable and i have the same problem. The difference is that now i cannot install a new system because i have the message saying is missing the hardware. The tests of hardware are ok, in Bios it existing.I got out the battery and the same problem.
There is a connection between battery and windows? or what can be the cause?
    thank you very much
