Since I've started tracking this particular issue I realised that I am not the only one..The thing is that my battery sucks...However I am not 100% sure that this is the reason..When I plug the power cord into my XPS M1530 it doesn't charge. Only when I plug in/out 10 times it seems to work normally..

I would be grateful for any information...

Does the BIOS tell you that the adapter is an "unknown" adapter?

Yeah, this seems to be a fairly common problem with this generation of laptops... there are a number of possible causes. If you're lucky, it's a problem with the charger which is fairly cheap and easy to replace. If you're a little less lucky, it's a problem with the battery which is still relatively cheap and easy to replace. If you're not that lucky, it's a problem with the motherboard, which, if you're not under warranty is kind of expensive and a pain to replace.

If you have any other Dell laptop around, it's easy to test the charger and motherboard, but you need an M1530 with a known good battery to test that.
