    dell XPS M1530 voice Issue

    I have Dell XPS M1530 with voice issue .
    I mean when i start record or voice chat with friend on Yahoo or MSN or skype , my laptop voice has a problem , when my friend hear my voice , it is another people voice , exactly child voice. i'm very sad about that and I dont know how to fix that issue . So i try to use voice recorder and play it with window media player , it has a same thing , child voice . I try with my headphone and it is same . so please help me to resolve my problem .

    did u install the whole Dell Webcam suite? in it, theres an option to play with your voice(Creative stuff)..

    open up dell webcam console, click on the effects, and deselect 'enable audio effects'

    if not, then the mike's the problem

    Hi guys, I just wanted to thank you as well for the post.
    My sister bought this Laptop and had the exact same problem.
    What I do not understand is why the dell word has a link to dell's webshop...
    On a forum that has so many issues about it dunno if it's a good idea to advertise here...or is this done automatically?
    I on the otherside was smart enough to quit Windows based PC's and change to Macbook Pro... extremely happy already 6 months and counting.
    Bottom line... Dell are super Laptops... Windows SUCKS!!!
