    dell xps 13 9343 key PrtScr/Wireless function FN key

    when i press the volume keys they work but when i press the prtScrn key it takes a screenshot instead of turning bluetooth and wireless on and off like it is reversed. Can anyone check and let me know how there computer functions and if it's different how do I fix it? I dont want to have to press the function key because the wirless symbol is at the bottom of the key not the top

    Go into BIOS. Look for a setting called Function (Fn) Lock. Whatever that setting is, set it to the opposite setting. Problem solved.

    It is reversed on my 9350 as well. I assume this is so because you're more likely to take a screenshot than to toggle on/off wifi.

    It isn't a function key so it isn't reversed with the rest.
