    is it possible to put 9350 Motherboard with 6560U into 9360 chassis?

    There were some 9550-9560-9570 swap threads here. Maybe they will help.

    Note that Dell tends to use some JIS philips screws in laptops so make sure you have appropriate screwdrivers else you strip a screw.
