    I hav got dell xps L401x . I am not able to use ma graphics card as my primary display adapter . What should i do in order to make it primay display adapter ??

    First listing the specs would help, if you have Optimus it's a whole different answer. List your specs and we'll go from there.

    wen i try to run tests its shows no graphics device adapter found

    Does Device Manager show both the Intel and NVidia display adapters?

    And yes check if you have the Intel/Nvidia driver(s) installed.

    yes in device manger i can see both Intel and NVidia display adapters @ compwiz

    It's Optimus at fault here, you can't manually select the GPU. You have to white list actual applications and run an application for it to switch to the Nvidia, otherwise it will always run the Intel.
