    Hi
You can upgrade the screen from 720p to 1080p screen by contacting the spares team at dell (800-372-3355). We would not recommend you to upgrade the computer from a non-touch to a touch screen because the LCD and the motherboard has to be replaced which is equal to purchasing a new computer.
