just been on the phone with a guy from dell for about an hour, most of this was him telling me how he downloads games and likes to play them. Well anyways this is me trying to get my downclocking problem sorted, he downloaded a file from dell which installed a dell driver. He said this was downloading a batch file which will update my driver. Then he downloaded and ran the ao3 bios update which i already had installed. I just hope my downclocking problem either percists and they replace my card or that it is sorted which ill be amazed if it is. Any of the other guys who had there gfx cards replaced wanna share with me what process dell goes through.

    update

I’m not exactly sure what you are asking, but if you are asking how the warranty replacement process works, then I had my card/motherboard replaced on my M1330.

I’m not in US, but I guess the process is more or less same all over the world. When you call DELL, they’ll try to figure out the problem, once they decide that it is your graphics card, they will either arrange to pick up your notebook or send a technician to your home (depending on your warranty plan).
