No problems with the drivers, they are also available in 32Bit

If what you are trying to install is AutoCAD, Autodesk offers a 64-bit version of it. I'm not sure if it requires a different key (I don't think it does). I would check Autodesk's website and/or contact them for more details.

really? so is it ok if i will install a 32bit os then? i found problem installing a cad software..i probably buy a new os..what 32bit vista would you recommend? thanks guys

i have installed an autocad, 2009 is a 64bit..im trying to install a engineering software..but its only a 32bit. where can i check if my dell xps studio is compatible with 32bit

The fact that your SXPS16 is able to install vista 64bit means that it is also compatible with vista 32bit too. So you can format and install vista 32bit if you want to. You will have to get a vista32bit installation CD and maybe the key too though.

I recieved both the vista 64 and vista 32 cds when i recieved my studio xps.....didnt you?..id think about ringing dell and asked for them if you didnt.
-
I recieved only the 64 bit version as that was what i ordered(maybe region specific?). I don't know if the key can be used on the 32bit version, if yes, then just get a hold of one and install using your key.

i receive only the 64 bit os then another cd for the driver.. is it the driver cd contain both the 32 and 64bit? thanks
-
me too coz that was what iv ordered..
