    fyi, i was able to get the epp discount (4% i think) plus the 25% discount!

    - first i called a rep through the home sales dept and he wouldnt apply the EPP discount.
    -then i called through the EPP dept and the nice guy was able to talk to his supervisor to stack the coupon on top of the EPP discount.

    - I know not ever transaction is perfect but the 4 Dell reps that Ive spoken to lately all were very polite and helpful. Just gotta be nice to them!
