This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I plugged in the hdmi cable into the tv and laptop and the video and sound works fine, but for some reason when I try to play a video the display on the tv screen is slightly glitchy. Almost like the refresh rate isn't high enough? The same thing doesn't show up on my laptop monitor. Is it because I am running both laptop monitor and tv monitor at the same time?
