I plugged in the hdmi cable into the tv and laptop and the video and sound works fine, but for some reason when I try to play a video the display on the tv screen is slightly glitchy. Almost like the refresh rate isn't high enough? The same thing doesn't show up on my laptop monitor. Is it because I am running both laptop monitor and tv monitor at the same time?
