    I got this coupon:
    CS0XQST3JW242D
    Save 25% on this Studio XPS 16 laptop when you spend $1699 or more
    End Date: 8/28/2009 11:55 PM CDT

    but when I customized SXPS 16 and entered this coupon, it said "We're sorry, the coupon code you have entered is not valid in the segment in which you are currently shopping."

    my custom item cost $1,777, its higher than $1699, why cant I apply this coupon? any thing I do wrong?

    Yeah, I remember having this problem when i bought mine. What you have to go is go to this link http://www.dell.com/content/product...9&acd=10684903-227502-A11A0C173572D9B004706B0 and choose the dell xps 16 shown there. Only by buying it from here will you be able to apply the coupon at your cart. It seems Dell is really selective when it comes to coupons. And remember that in order for the coupon to apply you must spend $1699 or more.
    Anyways, I hope it helps.
