    Dell is building me a brand new machine but its taking too long, its already been 14 days yet its still under production. How long did it take you guys ?

    btw im pretty disappointed with this wait,I lined up for 3 hours to get starcraft pre-release. i got it but still cant play. :(

    did anyone get the factory to build their dell quicker ? what should i do ?

    Your is getting replaced?
    Usually they have stated a new build process can take up to 3 weeks. Mine took the approx. 3 weeks.

    The wait seems like forever, but time will pass quickly. : )
    Sometimes, the process can be a little quicker, depending on what parts they have in stock, etc.

    Keep checking your account at dell.com, for updates.

    Took exactly 1 week from time of order to me receiving it. And it is brand new not refurbed. All my dell shipments usually have taken a week to a week and a half

    it took me almost 3 months to get my replacement.... because they kept on canceling order then do it again and again.....
