Your 1530 should, and will only run 1 fan ;)

I use Everest to *monitor* my temps...to me it's the best Temp monitoring program out there! :)

your idle temps depending on what processor you have should be around 45c on general internet lite computer usage. there is one fan in the m1530. it handles the cpu and gpu cooling.

What fan controlling program are you using I haven't seen a working program that works with the 1530 yet.

    I should edit mine to say *monitor*not run...sorry guys...I hope I didn't cause any confusion... :(

Everest is great for monitoring temp's etc...I've have been using that exclusively since my GPU died on me.

    Cin ;) :)

HWMonitor is my temp monitor of choice, but i havent monitored my temps since 2008, since my computer is running 100% without probs ( as well it should be after 3 mobo replacements )

and no there is no program that can change the speed of the fans.... yeah sucks right?

oh and temps should not get over 86C on the GPU and 75C on the CPU, a bit more than that and your GPU will start downclocking...

How bad is mid 80s for CPU and mid 90s for GPU?

Hmmm that could be bad, be sure your not blocking the intake and exhaust of your fan, you could also try blowing compressed air into it to remove all the dust.

How do you actually change the voltages and clock speeds of the sxps16? All the programs I've tried have either crashed or only given me the clock speeds and not been able to change them
