I need help in enabling connected stanby on my xps 13 9343, I need to have wifi on at all times when the lid is closed, I tried to fiddle with settings but couldn't get it to work so any help would be appreciated.

Connected/Modern Standby isn't supported on this model afaik. Run powercfg /a to check available sleep states, if Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) isn't listed you don't have it. Your only option is not to sleep when lid is closed (be careful with heat).
