I just got my XPS 15Z last week. I inserted an audio cd today that wouldn't play in my car. The disc spins and tries to read in the computer, but the computer can't read it. While the computer is trying to read, I try to eject it from the drives properties, but the disc doesn't eject. If I let the computer continue trying to read it, it just stops reading and doesn't show a disc in the drive. How can I eject it?

Power off your laptop, then look for a tiny hole in the CD drive door. It's designed to for just this scenario, and is just big enought to insert a paper clip end. Insert a paperclip to release the drive door.

I haven't seen a slot loading CD drive laptop, but I'd imagine that it would have the release hole somewhere near the slot.
