I downloaded Nvidia system tools, as well as the other Nivida components from a link I found on this forum. All that opens when I double click Nvidia system tools is a small window. I was looking to overclock. Do you I have to load an overclocked profile? Any information would be great. Thanks.

Sounds like you didn't install everything or you're not going to the right place. All you should have to do is right click desktop and click on Nvidia Control Panel. It will bring up all the options. If that doesn't work, re-install system tools.
