    Hi,
    I currently have a Dell XPS 15 (i7-2860QM) which is powerfull but bulky. I am a developer so use vmware/virtual box a lot.

    the wife is in same line of work and needs a new laptop ......

    I was thinking of getting her a i5 2.4ghz laptop in either an XPS15 or 15Z.
    How good are the XPS 15Z ?

    The XPS series have a better cooling in my opinion, and faster GPU options
